The boys HSE volleyball team is ready to bounce back after a three sets to one against the Cathedral Irish on Wednesday.  Sean Smart says that this years team has the best potential to take the top spot and be the last team standing. Smart said “we have fun with what we do inside and outside the sport and we always have each others back”. Team chemistry is a huge component in getting to the top and the royals have lots of it.

The royals stand at a record of 13-8 going into a game this Sunday against the Avon orioles. This team has 8 games left to show that they are a force to be reckon with and to sharpen their game before the playoffs. This team is capable of a state championship Smart said. Smart also said “We have all the athleticism in the world and that will show in big games”. Looking forward at the rest of the season the royals hope to play their best and make a run at the state championship.
