Rotten Tomatoes rated Mockingjay, Part Two at 70%, while the audience rated it at 77% with 3.5 stars out of 5. While some can argue that it did not follow the book as much as it could have, ultimately Mockingjay, Part Two did it’s job in explaining the big, essential points portrayed by the book Mockingjay written by Suzanne Collins. Without doing much spoiling, director Francis Lawrence adapted the 300+ page long book into two quality movies that hit box offices. Mockingjay, Part One’s domestic total gross was over $337 million, while Mockingjay, Part Two’s domestic total gross is already over $101 million.
