Question: What are you in charge of?
RS: We take notes of choreography and blocking to give to the actors, and if the directors are gone at a meeting, we are in charge and direct the rehearsal until they get back.
Q: What’s your favorite part?
RS: I have a lot of good memories already, but I feel like the best moment is yet to come. Getting to know the people and watching everyone come together has been amazing.
Q: How have you helped make the musical more successful?
KH: I love to assist the actors when they need to practice a scene or choreography more in depth. I get to help in making decisions and discussing how we are going to approach different aspects in a scene. I get to be a part of the magic that is theater, which is always rewarding.
Q: What has been the biggest challenge so far?
KH: Mostly just waiting for scenes to become blocked because you’re so excited. So far the biggest challenges haven’t occurred yet. Those mostly happen during mandatories about two weeks before the show when everything is coming together.
